Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful partner JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a happy and go-lucky father. The majority of people know me via my Instagram @annephung where I document my life - highs, lows, and everything inbetween. I arrived in America with my family and brothers in 1990 when I was 1 1/2 years old. young. I'm not now sharing my story to you, if not since my parents were devoted to hard work and sacrifice. In order to give them the chance to have a prospering future, I aimed on achieving success and put in the effort to get there. I had a set plan in my life that was to go to university, get a job, get married, buy a house and have kids. I figured that was the epitome of success life had other plans to show me the meaning of success. It was 2013 when I discovered that I didn't like going to work at my corporate job. Status and money did make me feel happy. I felt like I wasted my time to earn an income. My passion for fitness and my desire to socialize with others led me to discover my dream job as an instructor. In 2014, I launched my own business, and in the year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th year anniversary. There are a few Asian women working in this industry. To be a leader in my field, and to provide high-quality coaching and assist others in achieving a happier and healthier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to suit their requirements and goals. My goal is to inspire others to pursue their desires and achieve the life they've always dreamed of. While my professional life was taking off, I suffered the greatest loss of my lifein the death of my mom. Her battle for 8 years with Scleroderma is over and she rests in Heaven. She will always be in my heart and brain. Although you may not be able to see the signs at first, God has a funny way of providing us with what we truly need. The abrupt death that altered my life for the better. In my opinion, it gave me an opportunity to live my life. She passed away in the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day. The day was her chance to begin her new life. I had my second opportunity to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life. In my 30's, it is the first that I truly feel like I am alive. When I tell the story of my journey, it's in the hope that others will be able to understand my thoughts and feelings. It is to know that they're not the only ones. And that there is real love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and is not abnormal. Also, wellness is your greatest wealth. It is my prayer to live your life at its best and have no regrets in the final hours of your life. The death of a person is the only certainty in life.
