Arike Ogunbowale

Arike Ogunbowale (born 2nd April 1985) is an American professional basket ball player. She plays for Dallas Wings and the Women's National Basketball Association. She played for Notre Dame Fighting Irish in college, before being drafted as the 5th overall pick by the Wings during the 2019 WNBA draft. Arike Ogunbowale, born in Milwaukee Wisconsin on March 2, 1997 to Yolanda Ogunbowale as well as Gregory Ogunbowale. Ogunbowale won gold medals at the 2013 FIBA Americas U16 Championship and 2013 FIBA U17 World Championship, and 2013 FIBA 3x3 U18 Championship. Ogunbowale was selected as to the USA Youth Olympic Women's Basketball Team on July 7, 2014. Ogunbowale she is currently in her first collegiate seasons, was named the ACC All-Freshman Team. While still relatively new she has made herself a top basketball star and is sure to follow her dream. Arike ogunbowale is believed to be worth $5 million, according to an unnamed source. She plays soccer too and has even been awarded three State Cup championships with the Lake County United Soccer Club and one State cup championship as a member of FC Milwaukee Soccer Club. She even studied piano for seven years.
